What’s the Best Damn Thing About Avril Lavigne?
I’ve got a secret to confess. For a long while now I have secretly liked Avril Lavigne despite my hatred of pop music. I hate pop music because, for the most part, there is little music actually in it. It’s just a string of bleeps and sexual innuendo strung together and forced down the throat of the American public. Not so with Avril. She writes at least a portion of her songs. Her music lays right on the edge of pop and alternative, and its just plain fun to sing at karaoke.
With her new album coming out entitled “Best Damn Thing†I ended up asking myself what exactly is the best thing about Avril. I know I have my opinion, but I’d be interested to hear your opinion. What do you think is the Best Damn Thing about Avril Lavigne. And yes, you lose points if you say her ass.
