AJ McLean Loses Sobriety

AJ McLean is a recovering alcoholic – until recently. It was heartbreaking to see the Backstreet Boy stumbling out of the Key Club this past week, looking to be way past wasted. Sources inside the club say that AJ was taking shots and drinking beers during the show. When he went out, he nearly falls into the street. One of his friends calls him out, emotionally confronting the guy who went to rehab for alcohol and cocaine abuse in 2001 and again in2002. After the confrontation, AJ’s friends forced him into a cab and sent him home. AJ was reportedly 6 years sober in 2008. It’s sad that he breaks that number in 2009.
