The singer recently admitted that she isn’t as fit as she used to be simply because she doesn’t feel as motivated to go to the gym as she did before having children. Britney Spears said: “I used to be a workout freak but after I had my kids it was a lot harder to get back into that routine. I used to love going to the gym but as you get older and have more responsibilities, you lose that kind of discipline. Even now I have a much harder time getting mentally psyched to train. But once I’m in the gym I start getting into it and I feel great.” So it seems Britney Spears’ problem is more like getting to the gym than actually finding the will to do the exercise. In the case of a person with so many responsibilites, you couldn’t use the term “couch potato”, but since her father seems so bent on controling everything she does, then perhaps one might reconsider.

Just over a week after DMX was released from jail, the rapper pled guilty to another crime and he’s about to find out if he will have to make a return to Arizona’s Tent City Jail. No one should be surprised about this considering his oh so shiny track record. He originally pled not guilty to the charge but he decided to cop a plea and pled guilty to attempted aggravated assault, a felony, back on May 22 after an incident in which he verbally threatened guards at Tent City back in February. The rapper is due back in Maricopa County court for sentencing on today.

If you’re wondering why the Jonas Brothers are such good little boys, you better ask their mom. Denise Jonas recently opened up about her famous trio of kids in the July issue of ‘Good Housekeeping’. Nick admits “She makes us be careful in the hotel room…[She makes us] put back the towels, straighten the bed.” Considering how hotels have their own cleaning service, she sounds kind of strict. Mama Jonas also talked about her sons’ purity rings saying “They are men. They have desires. They have testosterone. If they make a mistake, I’m not going to hate them. I don’t think they are above or below being seduced. I would be foolish if I thought that. I pray for them.”
