Sean Combs gets Caribbean island trip as birthday gift from prime minister

Life is good for Diddy. Hip-hop mogul Sean Combs spent US$3 million on his 40th birthday bash in New York – but pulled in some swanky gifts in return.
Antigua and Barbuda prime minister Baldwin Spencer gave Diddy a vacation for 10 pals at the exclusive Jumby Bay resort on a private island and a private jet to fly his guests in on.
Diddy was also given diamond cufflinks by TV chef Rachel Ray.
