Trashy pop singer Ke$ha is apparently having some sort of bizarre spiritual re-awakening so she bought a new accessory that really would make any normal person just want to barf even more than usual when she comes to mind. She said “I’m into energy. I recently went to see a past-life regressionist, who is also a psychic. I wear my placenta around my neck every day, because it’s supposed to give you second sight. Lady Gaga’s Magazine Cover Gets Banned

Over the weekend, the cover of Q Magazine which features Lady Gaga grabbing her crotch and boobs made its way onto the internet. Despite there being no nipple, much of the USA, including the store Borders and then all of New York State, is refusing to stock the magazine unless her lower breast is covered up. In order to be displayed, many stores are requesting that Q seal the issue in a protective bag. There’s much worse covers openly displayed on a magazine for everyone to see. I think this is just plain ridiculous and unfair. I don’t see anything wrong or offensive with the singer’s cover.

Leona Lewis Gets a Tattoo

Leona Lewis showed off a new tattoo at the Love Ball charity fundraiser in London last week. The new body art runs from the nape of her neck down to her back and is a poem referring to her love of horses. The tattoo reads “Their beauty captures every eye, a gift from God for all mankind, they lend us wings so we may fly, to ride a horse is to ride the sky.” That’s very pretty, not to mention much classier than getting a tattoo of an actual horse or a meaningless tramp stamp. It makes me kind of love the singer more. I’m starting to wonder whether Leona could ever do anything wrong.

Courtney Love is Stupid

Courtney Love is nothing short of stupid and no matter what she claims, I think it’s natural. The washed up rock singer actually made a genuine effort to dumb herself and her lyrics down as she rewrote one of her new songs ‘Stupid Little Bitch’ in order to make it sound more stupid. She said “I went to the site of the World Trade Centre at 3am and rewrote the song so it wouldn’t be clever-clever. It’s just completely visceral, kind of stupid. And it’s really, really important to keep that stupid part of yourself alive, otherwise you start getting all smart and growing stupid facial hair. Including me. I shave every day.” I don’t even know what she’s talking about anymore.

Morrissey Leaving Management

Though a reason has yet to be made public, it’s being said that Morrissey is going to leave his management team on the request of his lawyers. After a difficult past year, the singer looks like he’ll be starting the new year fresh by cutting ties with Front Line Management. He posted a statement online saying “Following consultation with my lawyers, I wish it to be known that I have terminated, with immediate effect, my association with Front Line Management (Irving Azoff, Andy Gould and Lil Gary), who no longer have any rights to issue any statements on my behalf. I would also like to stress that I have no association with accountants appointed by Front Line, namely London & Co.” Something smells fishy to me with that statement.

Chris Robinson becomes a dad again

Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson’s wife has given birth to their daughter.

Robinson’s representative said: “Chris Robinson and his new wife, Allison, have a healthy and beautiful baby girl. Cheyenne Genevieve Robinson was born on December 26, 2009, at the Robinsons’ home in California.”

Robinson was formerly married to Kate Hudson, who had his son, Ryder, five. Robinson, 43, and Allison Bridges married earlier this year.

Robinson has spent a year touring to support the Crowes’ latest album, entitled Before The Frost.

The 22-year old garbage chic singer recently explained her stage name to UK’s Guardian. She said “The dollar sign, to be honest, was me taking the piss out of being broke.” Ke$ha also talks about her mom Pebe, saying “My mom’s a badass… she has balls. You need that in this industry, in this world, to stand up for what you believe in. She taught me that you don’t need anybody else to validate anything. She wanted a child, she had me, she didn’t want a man to tell her when and what to do. I think that’s badass. She’s a strong woman, a total hippie.”

Sir Elton John offers fans refunds for his cancelled UK concerts

Sir Elton John has offered fans a refund for his cancelled UK concerts after they could not be rescheduled.

Sir Elton, 62, had to cancel dates in Sheffield, Newcastle, London and Liverpool after he was struck down with flu and E.coli.

His promoter said: “Sadly, due to venue availability and the scale of the Red Piano show, these shows cannot be rescheduled and have now been cancelled.”

A spokesperson for Marshall Arts added that Sir Elton was ‘terribly disappointed’ at the news.

He said: “Elton has been overwhelmed by the tremendous loyalty and messages of support he has received from his fans in the UK.”

Those fans with tickets will now receive a refund for the full face value of their tickets and should contact the point where they purchased them from.

Lady Gaga and Ballet

In an unlikely pairing, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles will be presenting a special performance from the Bolshoi Ballet and Lady Gaga on November 14th. The production is called ‘Ballets Russes Italian Style (The Shortest Musical You Will Never See Again)’. It’s being overseen by renowned Italian performance artist Francesco Vezzoli and finds the dancers choreographed to the pop singer’s inventive music. The performance is also reportedly going to feature the debut of Lady Gaga’s ‘Speechless’ single off of her ‘Fame Monster’ album. That sounds like an epic! And I think that the title of the show suits it. I doubt we ever will see that type of thing again.

Morrissey discharged from hospital after collapsing at gig

British singing legend Morrissey has reportedly been discharged from a UK hospital.

The singer, real name Steven Patrick Morrissey, collapsed with breathing difficulties during a gig in front of 1,000 fans.

He was taken to hospital after being dragged off-stage unconscious and treated by paramedics on-site.

An unidentified spokeswoman for the Great Western Hospital, in Swindon, confirmed that the singer stayed overnight at the hospital.

The incident took place at the Swindon Oasis Leisure Centre, where fans said he looked pale and “winced” before collapsing.

Earlier this year, Morrissey cancelled tour dates for an unspecified illness. He is scheduled to begin a tour in Europe in November, and is to stage nine performances in the US.

Jillian Moody, who was at the gig, said, “He kept putting his hand up to his mouth as if he felt sick or – perhaps he was trying to hide something, but he didn’t look particularly comfortable.”

The Show Goes on for Aerosmith

Aerosmith lead guitarist Joe Perry said that people can’t expect that their court ordered show in Hawaii in October to be as great as the rest of their concerts due to lead singer Steven Tyler’s injury. The band is obligated to perform though after losing a class action lawsuit due to a 2007 cancelled performance in Maui. Brandee Faria, the ringleader in the lawsuit says that “They know they can’t come out and do a 30-minute gig … because I’ll be there watching.” Mind you, Aerosmith just cancelled their tour back in August because Steven had a nasty fall and injured his shoulder.

Scott Storch Talks Brooke Hogan

Douche bag producer Scott Storch revealed in a recent interview with Details magazine that he only produced Brooke Hogan’s album ‘Undiscovered’ because he felt pressured by the wannabe singer’s wrestler daddy, Hulk Hogan. Scott said “I love Brooke, but I did that s**t because her father was putting all sorts of pressure on me. Sure, it was fun. But the thing is, I didn’t make one good bit of music when I was high on coke. Not one bit.” I guess being high was the only way that he could make it through the day after having to listen to her voice for hours on end.
