Courtney Love recently went on her Twitter to make some catty comments about The Veronicas and Taylor Momsen. According to Kurt Cobain’s widow, they may not able to rock but I think they have more class. In response to Courtney’s comments, both Jessica and Lisa Origliasso of The Veronicas kept it polite with just a hint of sass as they took to their own Twitter pages. Jessica said that she didn’t dislike Courtney but that she was surprised by the comment made about their look. Lisa, on the other hand, wanted to know why Courtney thought her opinions even matter. Burn.

The Veronicas touched down in Japan today and after a quick shower immediately headed out of their hotel to sample the Tokyo nightlife with newfound showbiz pal Perez Hilton.

The group was snapped using the subway to get to Shinjuku – the Tokyo suburb that inspired Blade Runner.

The electro pop twins – whose real names are Jessica and Lisa Origliasso, 24, set pulses racing by both wearing black panties and sheer white skirts.

Once at Shinjuku they headed to a trendy theme bar called ‘LockUp’ – where your meal is eaten inside a prison cell and drinks are served in test tubes!

The pair are in Town to perform at Tokyo music festival Summer Sonic later this week.

The Veronicas are set to perform their single “Take Me On The Floor” live next week on So You Think You Can Dance! The Aussie duo will grace the stage of the results show on Thursday, June 25th.
