The cast and creator of ‘Glee’ gathered to greet thousands of fans and gave a couple of details from the show. They even shared a couple of fun facts like what sort of lines were cut from the show and who turned them down for covers. Did you know that Coldplay and Bryan Adams denied the hit series from covering their music? Creator Ryan Murphy also talked about the all Madonna episode saying “I’ve worked with Madonna before. I admire her greatly and I’m friends with her a little bit socially. I called her up and wrote her a letter and said we want to write up a tribute to you and she said yes and she cooperated in every way possible. We do 10 songs altogether. Jane is going to do ‘Vogue.’” I can’t wait!

Will.I.Am Makes Ashley Cole’s Blood Boil

Ashley Cole needs to shut his mouth. If he can sleep with multiple women, another man shouldn’t be burned alive the minute he pays attention to your wife. Sources are claiming that the cheating douche bag is pissed that Will.I.Am has admitted that he is attracted to Ashley’s soon to be ex wife Cheryl Cole. The Black Eyed Peas rapper and the Girls Aloud singer worked together on her album ‘3 Words’ and Ashley has been threatened by him ever since. A source said “Will.I.Am’s comments about his wife are not news or a surprise to Ashley. He and Cheryl rowed about it last year. She’s done absolutely nothing wrong but Ashley’s sick of this man openly making advances toward his missus.” While I don’t think it’s appropriate to make those kinds of comments about a married woman, I can make an exception in this case.

Madonna Writes to the Queen of England

Madonna is directing her second film ‘W.E.’ which involves the 1936 scandal involving Edward VIII and the twice-divorced American socialite Wallis Simpson. The Queen of Pop has written to the Queen of England for permission to shoot on location on Royal grounds. One of the singer’s associates said “Madonna is keen to make the film as authentic as possible and would be very grateful if we are allowed to film at certain locations. She loves the UK and holds your Queen in the highest regard.” She shouldn’t hold her breath though as a royal courtier said “I can’t imagine that Her Majesty would make an exception, particularly for a film about Wallis Simpson.”

50 Cent’s Bodyguard Arrested for Assault

One of 50 Cent’s security guards sort of lost it at the paparazzi in Copenhagen last week and got himself arrested. It sounds like someone has anger issues! The bodyguard has been charged with assaulting two photographers outside of the rapper’s hotel by the Copenhagen PD. One reporter recalled the attack saying “One of 50 Cent’s bodyguards came out and told us to leave. The next thing I knew, he grabs my throat and tried to strangle me. He cut off my airway, and I couldn’t breathe. He took my camera and deleted photos. Hotel security came out and told us to call the police and that is what we did. I think the bodyguard attacked at least 2 other people. The bodyguard was arrested and I was told by the police that he was going to be charged with assault, threats and robbery.”

Liam Gallagher reveals why he snubbed brother Noel in BRITs speech

Former Oasis star Liam Gallagher has revealed why he snubbed his brother Noel in his BRITs acceptance speech.

The 37-year-old picked up the gong on behalf of the band when they won Best Album of 30 Years for (What’s The Story) Morning Glory?.

In his speech he thanked all the members apart from his brother Noel, 42, who he is currently not speaking to.

Talking to blog Stopcryingyourheartout.com, Liam said he wanted to give the other members more recognition.

He said: “I’m sick of it all being about me and Noel. The last couple of months has pretty much been all about me and him, so I thought it was only right to mention the other lads who played on the album and the best fans in the world.”

R Kelly Tour Postponed

R Kelly won’t be making his way over to Europe as the R&B singer recently announced that his upcoming tour has to be postponed due to some throat problems. I wonder what’s wrong with him and how he got it. He says that he has strict orders from doctors to rest his voice for fear of further damage. R Kelly apologized to his fans in a statement, saying “I owe it to my fans to give them the best shows possible and right now my voice isn’t up to the job.” I’m sure that the ten people who bought tickets will completely understand.

The Runaways getting together for some studio time

Two of the original band-members at least are doing this. It looks like with the pending release of their biographic movie, Joan Jett and Cherie Currie decided it was high time to get back into the studio and try to spin a few more songs for the public. This is what Cherie Currie said about this partial Runaways reunion: “I know I’m going to be doing shows over the summer. I’ve written a few songs. We’ll see what happens. Am I banking on it? No. I’ve got my chainsaw and my wood and I’m very happy. But I know I’m going to be doing some things here and there, and we’ll see what comes of it… We’re definitely going to work together in music.” Not the most enthusiastic of approaches, but hey, she’s a chainsaw sculptor now… that probably takes it all out of you.

Susan Boyle not opening for 50 Cent

Even though the rapper was speaking about collaborating with the new hit sensation singer back when she was in the new big thing in New York, it seems 50 Cent’s words were nothing short of shallow. The rapper will soon have a tour in England and he most likely could’ve got Susan Boyle to open for him on his shows… in fact, some claim that was even her hope. But no, 50 Cent decides to go with David John instead of Susan Boyle. That’s honesty for you… oh well, he’ll probably soon regret it when Susan Boyle knocks everybody dead with another hit soon… Simon Cowell will probably see to that.

Who says you need to win American Idol to get big? Chris Daughtry has proven that a long time ago and it looks like Danny Gokey is following in his steps. The season 8 contestant released his new album last week and it is already soaring up the music charts. The now country singer has sold over 65,000 copies of his CD ‘My Best Days’ which has landed him at the number 4 spot on the Billboard 200 and number 3 in the country album sales chart. Kris Allen and Adam Lambert must be banging their heads against some walls wherever they are.

Mariah Carey is shameless and I don’t know whether to laugh, feel sorry or actually applaud her for it. The singer has been gushing to the media about how much she loves Woody Allen and how she would die to be able to work with the famed director. Mariah said at the Oscars “I’ve never met him, but ‘Bullets Over Broadway’ is one of my favorite movies ever. I can quote every word. I think it’s amazing.” I doubt that she’s going to get a call anytime soon so bring on more entertainment and shameless plugging. Keep on dreaming Mariah!

Jessica Simpson premiered a new song called ‘Who We Are’ on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show on Tuesday morning. The song is the theme song for her new reality series ‘The Price of Beauty’ which premieres on March 15 on VH1. The 29-year old singer shared about what gave her inspiration for the song saying “I was inspired to write whenever I got back from traveling the world. It’s about the discoveries I found within myself and realizing that I defined my own beauty for myself. We all struggle with the same issues. We all battle self-esteem. It’s just about being good enough for yourself.”

Will.I.Am is sending kids to college with his i.am scholarship fund, coming up with the idea after receiving a hefty pay check for deejaying a while back. That’s not making it. Making it is spreading it. You watch the news and you’ve got Obama talking about our health reform, you got Al Qaeda, you have the economy, and nobody’s talking about education. Michael Lynche nails the right notes

Last night it was the boys’ turn to tear at each others’ flesh to stay on American Idol and it seems that Michael Lynche is the one who managed to get on top of the whole pile. He apparently did a very theatrical version of Kate Bush’s “This Woman’s Work” and he also nailed some pretty hard vocal work. This is what Simon Cowell said of his performance: “This was so needed tonight! You 100 percent nailed it. Not only the best performance of the night, it’s the best performance during the live shows.” If Simon Cowell says that it is so, then it must be so. The other judges concurred so it looks like Michael Lynche will be with us next week too to try and claim the grand prize of stardom.
