The band is obligated to perform though after losing a class action lawsuit due to a 2007 cancelled performance in Maui. Brandee Faria, the ringleader in the lawsuit says that “They know they can’t come out and do a 30-minute gig … because I’ll be there watching.” Mind you, Aerosmith just cancelled their tour back in August because Steven had a nasty fall and injured his shoulder.
