Miley Cyrus is not taking her boyfriend to the Oscars

The singer and actress is apparently skipping appearing at the Oscars with her boyfriend, especially since he’s not one to really participate at such events anyway. This is what Miley Cyrus said on the matter: “Liam’s a pretty low-key guy anyway, he doesn’t mind not going. We’ve decided that any type of relationship that we have, we will always just keep it very down low. First and foremost, we are best friends, so that’s what I tell people all the time.” Miley Cyrus is probably pretty sure she won’t be winning anything this year, otherwise there’s not way she wouldn’t have brought Liam Hemsworth along… either that or he’s just her pretend boyfriend… for now!

Chris Brown is featured on the cover of YRB magazine which is on newsstands now. The 20-year old R&B singer sat down for an interview with the mag to talk about his music, mistakes and what he’s listening to right now. Chris talked about his upcoming album, saying “‘Graffit’i is the art of me, the art of Chris Brown. That’s why I named it ‘Graffiti’ – because graffiti is art. I know it’s a form of vandalism, but not lookin’ at it on a negative aspect, it’s art and my music is my graffiti.” He also confessed that he’s not really into the music industry much these days but that he loves Owl City, Cobra Starship and Miley Cyrus. Seriously?!

Miley Cyrus wants to change her style

It seems the singer is getting pretty bored with being a pop star and she’s decided to try something a little more extreme. Miley Cyrus said the following about changing her style: “I want to do my last pop record, I’m working on a record right now. I kinda want this to be my last record for a little while and be able to take a break and just get all the types of music that I really love…you know my favorite styles. And be able to have something edgier and not have to worry about people saying, “Oh, this isn’t what her fans want to listen to.’ Because in a few years, as I grow up, so will my fans and I won’t have to focus on that as much and I’ll be able to have more of the sound of music that I’m into.” Is Miley Cyrus actually considering the possibility that as her fans grow-up they might actually stop listening to her music at all? But there will always be crazed teenagers that like pop music… and the more time passes, the crazier they seem to get.

Miley Cyrus Does Kara DioGuardi

American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi makes a guest appearance on an upcoming episode of Miley Cyrus’ hit Disney show ‘Hannah Montana’. In the episode ‘Judge Me Tender’, Miley’s character fills in for Kara alongside judges Andy and Byron on the reality show ‘America’s Top Talent’. Her stint as a guest judge turns complicated though when her friend Oliver (Mitchel Musso) auditions and delivers a knock out performance. Kara’s episode of ‘Hannah Montana’ will premiere next Sunday, October 18 at 7:30PM ET/PT on the Disney Channel. I wonder why it was Kara that they had as the guest. Maybe they’re all trying to make her more likeable for the next season of AI.

Singer Miley Cyrus is feeling ill on her world tour.

The Hannah Montana star may have only just started her Wonder World tour, but is feeling unwell already.

The 17-year-old wrote on her Twitter page: “Woke up with a sore throat. Why am I always sick?”

During a recent concert in Salt Lake City, Miley ran off stage and when she came back on, announced she had strep throat.

Cyrus even had to take to her Twitter page after the concert to tell fans to keep their “fingers crossed” she makes the next few concerts.

Miley also posted a picture of her dad Billy Ray Cyrus, wearing a blonde wig and hospital mask on her Twitter page.

She wrote next to the picture: “These are the times that my daddy REALLY comes in handy. He made me smile through the worst pain I’ve ever felt.”

Kevin Jonas better make sure that his fiancé is happy because his two younger brothers may both be nursing some broken hearts. As far as I know, Nick Jonas and Miley Cyrus are still a couple. However, if you follow the Hannah Montana star’s Twitter, there might be a reconciliation between her and ex-boyfriend Justin Gaston. Miley recently tweeted about listening to a John Mayer song saying “Listening to ‘Comfortable’ and thinking of you. I miss your voice.” Some time after that, Justin tweeted “Car ride with @benmschofield and @sierrajacobson9 listening to “I loved you, grey sweatpants, no makeup, so perfect” and you know it’s true.”

The singer and actress apparently met her latest boyfriend on the set of “Hannah Montana: The movie”. The dude in question is guitar player Steve Rushton who plays lead guitar in the band featured in the movie and played for the pop band Son of Dork. A source said the following about Miley Cyrus’ new romance: Steve relocated to the US after signing his deal with Disney. Miley couldn’t wait for him to move. He first met her on the set of the ‘Hannah Montana’ film after he was asked to play lead guitar for her band. They hit it off straight away. When they have been apart they have been spending hours instant messaging each other. She is still young but she is smitten with him. They are very much in love.” Right… dating the guy from work… not a very good move on Miley Cyrus’ behalf, but hey, why be skeptical? After all, there’s still a long and winding road ahead.

Jamie Foxx vents his anger against Miley Cyrus

Recently teen star Miley Cyrus was involved in an ugly bust-up with rockers Radiohead. First up was Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke who snubbed the singer-actor during the Grammy Awards held in February.

Miley Cyrus wasted no time in getting back by vowing to “ruin” the British rock group last month. But out of nowhere Jamie Foxx has jumped into play and launched a blistering attack in the 16-year-old star by telling her to “make a sex tape and grow up”.

Hey Jamie, maybe you need to get off “the pipe” yourself. Dude, there are things that has us observers annoyed when Miley opens her mouth and puts her “her foot” in it, but this is very low of what you said. It shows lack of class and sophistication.

She may not be the most sophisticated, polished and intelligent person one wishes to meet, as a matter of fact, she is the poster child of the NASCAR, trailer – park family sect, but what you said, Jamie, was uncalled and boorishly rude.
